Refund policy
Returns
Our return policy is 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since the receipt of your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item's and its original outer packaging must be unopened, unused and in the same condition that you received it.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase, such as a print out of your email receipt from us.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted to your account. Next contact your bank, as there is often some processing time before a refund is posted to your account. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@mrsbalbirsingh.com.
Shipping
To return your product, you should email us first at info@thesingingspicecompany.com. for a Return Authorisation Number. Once you have this then mail your product us at: The Singing Spice Company Unit 20306, PO Box 4336, Manchester, M61 0BW. And clearly mark the package on the outside as a return and showing our Return Authorisation Number.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item over £30, you should consider using a trackable shipping service which includes shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
